Busan 3-Day Itinerary: Haeridan-gil Michelin Ramen & Gwangalli Beach Guide

1. The Perfect Last Day in Busan: Starting from Haeridan-gil

Busan is a city of endless charm, and the final day should be a mix of gourmet food and scenic relaxation. As a local host, I always recommend starting the day at Haeridan-gil, the trendy district behind Haeundae Station.

Pro Tip for Travelers: After checking out from your accommodation, don't struggle with heavy luggage. We provide a luggage storage service for our guests so you can explore the narrow alleys of Haeridan-gil freely.

2. Morning Coffee and Brunch at Haeridan-gil

Before the lunch rush, take a peaceful stroll through the streets. Haeridan-gil is famous for its "Gamsung" (aesthetic) cafes converted from old houses.

Prahan (프라한): A must-visit for brunch lovers.

  • Duplit (듀플릿): Ideal spot to sip a latte while organizing your travel photos.

3. Michelin-Starred Lunch: Nagahama Mangetsu (나가하마 만게츠)

The highlight of the day is undoubtedly Nagahama Mangetsu, a Tonkotsu ramen spot recognized by the Michelin Guide Seoul (Bib Gourmand).

Waitlist Tip: It opens at 11:00 AM, but I highly recommend arriving by 10:30 AM to get your queue number.

  • The Taste: The broth, simmered for 36 hours, is incredibly deep. Don't forget the handmade cream cheese at the end!

4. Moving to Gwangalli Beach: The Heart of Busan's Energy

After lunch, head to Gwangalli Beach. A taxi ride from Haeundae takes about 15–20 minutes. The view of the Gwangan Bridge (Diamond Bridge) against the skyline is breathtaking.

Millac the Market complex cultural space in Gwangalli

While Haeundae feels like a sophisticated urban beach, Gwangalli is youthful and vibrant. Don't miss Millac the Market and Bunhongine (Prop shop).

5. Afternoon Relaxation with a View

Find a cafe with floor-to-ceiling windows overlo

oking the ocean. Watching the surfers and strollers while enjoying a cold drink is the best way to wash away travel fatigue.

6. Heading to Busan Station: Wrap-up

By 4:00 PM, it's time to head to Busan Station for your KTX train. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi or subway from Gwangalli.

Host's Final Recommendation: Before boarding, stop by B&C (비엔씨) Bakery inside Busan Station and try their famous "Salad Bread."
